How time works on Dragon's Rise

Every real-time year is equal to two IC years.
Every real-time month is equal to two IC months.
Every real-time day is equal to two IC days.
Members are welcome to back date their roleplays, but no farther than 4 months backwards. In the 'tag' line of a thread (where it tells you to"Enter thread date (##.##.### AL, time)", you can put the specific day of the month you are roleplaying. Please make sure this is not left blank as this helps us create a roleplay timeline. You don't have to put the specific time of day, 'early morning' or 'late afternoon' type times work as well.
As of now in the Third Pass, dragons are not aware of 'timing it' and cannot move through time as dragons have been able to in F'lar and Lessa's world. There is no timey-wimeyness to our Pern yet.

Because of the advanced time speed of the forum, the seasons on our Pern will not coincide with those of the real world. The current season and month/year can be seen in the forum's main header.
Spring: Months 3, 4 and 5.
Summer: Months 6, 7, and 8.
Fall: Months 9, 10, and 11
Winter: Months 12, 1, and 2.
Summer: Months 6, 7, and 8.
Fall: Months 9, 10, and 11
Winter: Months 12, 1, and 2.
