Shards! The Red Star has been spotted in the skies of Pern! Riders are beginning more intense training, and Gold flights have been closed to brownriders to help populate the Weyrs. The Holds and Halls are realizing their reliance on the dragonriders once more, and tithes have gained considerable quality.

We are currently in the end of the Second Interval. Pern is expecting threadfall in 508 of the Third Pass. The Weyrleaders are Weyrwoman Lyrial of Gold Eireth and Weyrleader J'ren of Bronze Rylarth. There is one Junior Weyrwoman, she is Alicona of Weyrling Gold Avraneth.
